Use of this site nizus involves accepting full terms and conditions of use set on the website. These terms of use may be amended or supplemented at any time, users of the site are invited to consult on a regular basis.

The disclaimer may be modified at any time: they are needed, however, the user is encouraged to refer to it as often as possible to see it.

All personal information obtained by the Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc. in any format, including electronic, is governed and maintained according to policies and procedures in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act . We collect only personal information through application forms, enquiry forms and emails . This personal information must be divulged by you: it is not collected from your computer. The information gathered with the user’s consent allows us to send the user printed or electronic documentation, answer information requests and receive application requests.

Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc. processes personal information collected via its website nizus for the purposes of providing personalized service, providing you with information about the resources and services available, create an account and send offers. Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc. does not sell, rent, relinquish or lend identifiable information regarding its members to any third party. Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc. is the sole user of this information.

At the request of flight training units, Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc. reserves the right to provide certain information collected from users of the site nizus. This information (such as name and surname of the user, its statistics, the exams written on nizus, the time taken to conduct an exam, the date of the exam...) is provided to training units in order to help them to sign the letters of recommendation required to write a Transports Canada examination. When using nizus, the user accepts that Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc. provides such information to flight training units. If the user does not want such information to be sent to its flight training unit, he shall notify Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc. by email. Once Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc. has responded to this email, this information will not be disclosed anymore to training units.

6 - Email Query Forms

Contact pages of nizus include links to email query forms, where you may ask specific questions about the use or the parts of nizus. The information submitted in these forms is sent by unencrypted email from our web server, via the Internet, to the appropriate email mailbox of Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc.

7 - Protection of information

Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc. takes the applicable measures to protect you from unauthorized information disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that the gathered identifiable personal information will never be disclosed in contradiction to this Legal Notice. Unfortunately, despite all our efforts, the risk of third parties illegally intercepting a transmission is not entirely controllable. So, Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc. cannot guarantee total security of information transmitted and you are therefore transmitting information with knowledge of this.

Regarding payments, they are made directly through Moneris. Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc. does not store credit information on any transaction.

At any time, you can change or delete the information that you provided to Nizus Online Pilot Training Inc. via the tab "My information on the website nizus."
