Why does my nizus account automatically log out?

If a message alerts you that your account has been used on another computer while logging in, it is probably because you didn't log out your account during your last use on another working interface. All you need to do is to log in again.

If you are logged out automatically while using your nizus account, it is probably because someone else is using your account from another working interface.

nizus does not allow the simultaneous use of one account on more than one working interface.

If someone else is using your account, change your password in the "My information" tab of your account.
